Brian Jenkins-President, Manager, Business Development

Brian Jenkins founded Saibur Security and Loss Prevention based on his extensive experience in and passion for the security and loss prevention industry. Throughout his seven year career in the field he has worked for and with Argus, Wal-Mart, Gottschalks, and Green River Community College. He attended one of Washington State's criminal justice colleges, Crown College, worked with the United States Probation Office, and served eight years in the US Army Reserve. He has experience in plain clothes loss

prevention and shrinkage reduction as well as in uniformed security and patrol. Brian created Saibur as a means for bringing his desire to be the best in the business to a new level. His goal is to set the company apart from the competition by thinking outside of the box and by creating an unprecedented training program for all agents and uniformed security guards. His long-term vision is to become a multi-state company and to be the leader in the private security industry.

Erik Peterson- Lead Trainer

Erik Peterson brings a specialty in retail loss prevention and shrinkage reduction to Saibur Security and Loss Prevention. He has been in the field for more than eight years and has worked for and with national chains including Nordstrom, Target, Wal-Mart, Gottschalks and Argus. He has participated in the Seattle Police Department Retail Theft Program and has been certified and trained by the Seattle Police Department Takedown/Self Defense Program as well as the Wicklander/Zulawski Interview Techniques Program. Erik has extensive experience in the identification of external and internal theft and subsequent apprehensions, the ability to recognize high shrinkage areas, and knowledge of the implementation of successful preventative measures. His vision for Saibur includes the development of a

company that provides outstanding customer service to all of its clients and the hiring and training of employees who share the same values.
